This application is designed to help you learn and practice Japanese hiragana, katakana, and kanji. It offers various methods of memorization, including flashcards, keyboard input, and drawing recognition. You can also test your knowledge through multiple-choice quizzes.

Here are the key features of this application:

• Japanese syllabary: Learn both katakana and hiragana with the help of flashcards, keyboard input, or drawing recognition.
• Numbers: Practice numbers in romaji, hiragana, or kanji.
• 2300+ Japanese kanji: Explore a wide range of kanji characters categorized by JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test) levels or Jouyou levels. Each kanji comes with stroke animation, translation, readings, flashcards, and a drawing game.
• 14600+ Japanese words: Expand your vocabulary by learning English translations of Japanese words from the EDICT database. Test your knowledge with flashcards.
• Experimental grammatical particle test: Test your understanding of grammatical particles with approximately 100 sentences sourced from the Tatoeba project.
• Tae Kim Japanese Grammar guide: Utilize the Tae Kim Japanese Grammar guide to enhance your understanding of Japanese grammar.

In addition to these features, the application supports new locales in German, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Thai, Polish, Chinese, Swedish, and French. If you would like to contribute new locales, please contact the developer.

The application requires SD write authorization in order to save the database to your SD card. Please note that you have the option to disable analytics (Flurry.com) and ads through the app's settings.
